Since last April, the Point Vélo des Guillemins has been taken over by a new team. It is the non-profit organization Ubuntu Ardent which now manages this place useful to cyclists, located a stone’s throw from Bleue Bike and Louis Delhaize. At the head of this new dynamic, we find Thomas Latin, a cycling enthusiast who puts his expertise at the service of customers.
Le Point Vélo offers a wide range of services:
• Repair and maintenance: A qualified mechanic is at your disposal to repair your bike. A bicycle is at your disposal while yours is repaired as well as a café-wifi area if you wish to wait on site…
• Sale of accessories: You will find everything you need to ride safely: locks, tires, personal equipment, etc.
• Bike rental: Le Point Vélo offers bikes for all ages, ideal for a ride in town or in the countryside.
• Bicycle consignment sale: Do you want to sell your bike? Come and drop it off in plain sight at our place and agree on a price. It’s time to give it a second life!
• Advice on routes, cycling events and everything relating to cycling in Liège.
• Practical training: “Safety check” workshops as well as maintenance and repair workshops are organized regularly, particularly in partnership with GRACQ.
The Point Vélo is open from Tuesday to Saturday and offers schedules adapted to all profiles.
