The trains at Cornavin station were all stopped Friday morning, reports Blick.ch. An interruption which lasted around 10 minutes, reports CFF spokesperson Frédéric Revaz. “As traffic is heavy at this time, this breakdown has the effect of causing some delays,” he adds. But traffic has resumed on all lanes.
The interruption was related to a contact line problem. Although the SBB initially announced that the outage would last at least until 10:30 a.m., a solution was found more quickly.
