A member of the staff of the Coop on rue du Ravin was attacked on Tuesday morning, November 19, 2024, as he arrived at his workplace, communicated the Neuchâtel police. The events occurred on rue du Ravin, around 5:25 a.m.
At gunpoint, an individual forced the employee to take him to the premises to open the establishment’s safe. He got his hands on a few thousand francs.
Having committed the crime, the perpetrator fled on foot. Searches were immediately undertaken in the town of La Chaux-de-Fonds. Without success.
The victim of this robbery received support.
A criminal investigation was opened by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. It was decided to broadcast images of the author.
He is a man aged 20-25, of normal build, speaking French. He wore a black hooded down jacket, a balaclava with “built-in blinders” and a Puma (logo) bag.
