This is the next step in the development of Local intercommunal urban planning plan (PLUi) of the Community of communes of Sources de l’Orne: the public inquiry. This will take place from Monday June 24 to Wednesday July 24.

A crucial step

The public inquiry is a crucial step which allows all stakeholders in a territory (residents, owners, entrepreneurs, associations, etc.) to actively participate in the development of a PLUi. It aims to collect everyone’s opinions, suggestions and observations to define the future living environment of the area, “both on the scale of your property and that of the entire community”, specifies the community.

During the investigation, everyone will be able to consult the PLUi project documents and express their comments and proposals. The documents will be available at headquarters of the Community of Communes (2 rue Auguste Loutreuil in Sées) and in the town halls of Sees, Mortrée, Essay, Almenêches And Chailloué. They will also be accessible on the community’s website.

Where to submit your comments?

Observations may be submitted in writing to one of the 24 registers, available at the headquarters of the Community of Municipalities and in all town halls of member municipalities. But they can also be formulated in the dematerialized register, by email to the address [email protected] or by mail addressed to the headquarters of the Communauté de communes des Sources de l’Orne (for the investigating commissioner).

Offices

During the public inquiry, hours will be provided by the investigating commissioner. The first and last will take place at the headquarters of the Community of Communes of Sources de l’Orne, Monday June 24 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday July 24, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The others will be held in eleven town halls.

Your opinions are valuable in building our future living environment. »
