Aradei Capital SCA has closed its capital increase operation by cash subscription, without preferential rights, reserved for institutional investors, legal entities and individuals.

During this operation, 520,833 shares were allocated for a total amount of 249.99 million dirhams (MDH), according to a press release from Aradei Capital. The subscription period ran from June 3 to June 6.

The issue of new securities, open to the public, had a nominal value of 100 dirhams per security, with an issue price set at 480 dirhams.

Let’s remember that the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced, Wednesday, that First Commercial Estate Company (FCEC) reduced its shares in the capital of the company Aradei Capital to 3.46%.

“First Commercial Estate Company (FCEC) declared that it sold on the block market, on June 12, 2024, 388,467 Aradei Capital shares for the benefit of Zakah Capital SARL, at a unit price of 480 dirhams, thus crossing directly downwards the threshold of 5% stake in the capital of the said company,” indicated a press release from the AMMC.

Following this transaction, FCEC declares that it holds 388,466 Aradei Capital shares, or 3.46% of the capital of the said company, specified the same source.

In the six months following this crossing of the threshold, FCEC plans to stop its sales of the value concerned.
