The merger between CISEL and neo technologies gives birth to Dina, a joint brand bringing together more than 200 employees.
In 2022, the French-speaking Swiss IT group CISEL acquired neo technologies. The two entities, which until now continued to operate under their own names, today announce that they will present themselves under a new brand: Dina.
“This new identity not only strengthens their portfolio of products and services but also consolidates a strong common corporate culture,” reads the press release from the group which employs a total of more than 200 employees and claims more than 170 clients. With branches in Geneva, Matran, Morges and Martigny, the group resulting from CISEL and neo technologies has generated a turnover exceeding 50 million francs in 2023.
“Our development has accelerated, and our growth ambitions for the future are real. Our mission is to guarantee the excellence of our services while maintaining the agility and flexibility that characterize us. Under our new signature, “The Swiss IT Company”, Dina embodies the alliance of expertise and innovation in the service of people, a brand synonymous with quality and reliability,” declares Nicolas Roch-Neirey, Director General and associate of Dina.
Dina’s range of services is based on four pillars: consulting, cloud, SAP expertise and cybersecurity.
