This building must be delivered in the summer of 2025, to accommodate Health Insurance staff as well as the public from the fall of 2026. The activities of 17 current CPAM sites will be grouped there. That is 1,140 employees spread over six floors. Only the ground floor will be accessible to the public.

Entrance will be via 130 Allée de Boutaut, served by the tram (line C, Krakow stop). Three different spaces will be intended for policyholders received by the CPAM, those who will be summoned by the medical service and company representatives. “Since Covid, 80% of our exchanges have been done by telephone, but it still happens that we have to respond to emergency appointments,” explains Alice Artaxet, director of strategy and resources at CPAM. There are also people who need to be supported in their efforts. Not everyone is comfortable using a computer. »

For these people, a box has already been set up. It must guarantee the confidentiality of exchanges with policyholders… and the safety of CPAM staff, with an escape route in the event of attack. “It’s rare but it can happen. At the Grand-Parc, we were victims of riots in June 2023. » Another box will be intended for the medical service, including a bed and an examination table.

Part of the electricity consumption of this new site will be ensured by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the car park. And at the rear of the three buildings, a green space has been created over 1,500 square meters, with the aim of ecological compensation. On the site of this former military camp, protected species (natterjack toads, small plovers, etc.) have developed, closely monitored by an ecologist. “We even saw robins arriving which were not present before the site was revegetated. »
