Rabat – The Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, reporting to the Al-Quds Committee, will launch its 2024-2027 digital strategy on Monday in Casablanca under the theme “Digital development in the service of economic and social development in Al-Quds” , in the presence of startups from Al-Quds and Palestinian businessmen.

On this occasion, the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency will launch a startup incubator project in the field of innovation (BMAQ Innovation HUB), for the benefit of its young people, indicates the Agency in a press release.

This project includes two components spread over two phases to which an annual budget has been allocated, financed within the framework of a partnership with Moroccan government departments and with technical and institutional monitoring from other partners.

The agency will also present the program for the protection of the cultural heritage of the Holy City, through the Maison du Maroc platform in Al-Quds, the digital psychological clinic project and the distance education system, in cooperation with the Al-Quds University, the electronic platform for social and solidarity commerce “Dlala”, in addition to the “Hayya” applications, an educational platform for the benefit of maqdessis children and adolescents.

This announcement, adds the press release, crowns the process of digitalization of the Agency’s administration and its obtaining of the first certificates of conformity to international ISO quality standards.

It also reinforces the efforts of the Agency, under the direct supervision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, President of the Al Quds Committee, to update and develop its digital system in order to support the digital transition, which offers great opportunities for young people to acquire the skills required to launch income-generating projects.

For the second consecutive year, the Agency is participating in the GITEX Africa exhibition, which begins next Wednesday in Marrakech, and will have a stand there to present the Palestinian companies that benefit from the startup incubator, as well as other programs and projects that are part of the Agency’s 2024-2027 Digital Strategy.
