The electronic program guide has not been updated for almost a year in the Canal universe of Freebox Révolution and Delta (Devialet). Canal+ announces that no developments or fixes are planned.

You will have to do without. Available in particular on the Freebox Révolution, Delta-Devialet, One or mini 4K, the Canal universe allows Free subscribers who have a subscription to a Canal+ offer to access a dedicated interface developed by the Vivendi subsidiary available in the “television” section and simply named “Canal+”.

Several versions have been deployed over time, without forgetting the arrival of new features such as the possibility since 2022 of managing a bouquet of favorite channels, so as not to have to switch between the hundreds of channels available. If the bugs encountered were very often corrected, this is however not the case for the zaplist of this universe on the Freebox Revolution and Delta, which has not been updated for almost a year according to several testimonials from subscribers,

“On the Devialet player in the Canal universe, the EPG is no longer updated… Typically, the current program is the 1 p.m. weather forecast except that the EPG is still on the news sticker. I’m talking about the electronic program guide using the down arrow key”, Spartanne reported on May 17 on the Vivendi subsidiary’s support site. The Canal team then responded to him : “there will be no development or correction on these old boxes”. Conversely, the Freebox mini 4K is spared, the zaplist is updated and everything works perfectly.
