If you have multigrain snack foods SunChips with Country Cheddar flavor or blend Original Munchies in your pantry don’t take risks and throw everything away immediately.

The products affected by this recall have an expiration date varying between July 16 and August 13, 2024.

Salmonella bacteria is dangerous for pregnant women, infants, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems. It can cause diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps.

“Frito Lay Canada is working closely with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure that recalled products are removed from the market,” the company said in a statement.
