A recent survey by Time looked into too rare or sometimes light use of this device by certain companies who do not take it seriously enough. However, all of them have the obligation to designate a person of confidence or to “provide an equivalent conflict management system which ensures the same level of protection”, as specified in a judgment of the Federal Court in 2012.
