While the singer remains rather discreet, he is now making headlines for a sad reason, revealed by his brother Tom Novembre. Interviewed this Thursday morning on C8 in the show “Chez Jordan”, the singer and actor revealed that his elder brother Charlélie Couture has cancer. The latter has never publicly discussed this situation and the nature of his cancer is not specified. It was while talking about his “few minor mishaps” that happened during his life that Tom Novembre revealed his brother Charlélie’s illness: “I had sciatica, I had back surgery, ruptured Achilles tendon, kidney stones… Never anything as serious as Charlélie, who had to face the crab. But I let him talk about it, he’s protecting himself.”

Thus, Charlélie Couture does not want to publicize his fight against the disease, as his brother assures us: “He does not want to make it an alibi. He does not want us to talk about it more than that. It affected me from a distance, so I am less shy than him in talking about it. It is his business…”.
