HTEC, a global digital consulting, software engineering and product development company, has launched an enterprise-wide AI enablement initiative. The initiative aims to equip HTEC’s global workforce with fundamental and highly technical capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and provide continuing education in AI.

The program will provide basic AI training for administrative and non-engineering staff and technical instruction tailored to each engineer’s role.

Program structure and learning path
This tiered program draws on information from experts in the technology field and verified internal and external sources. This ensures that HTEC engineers maintain their core AI and ML skills and that the company’s non-engineering staff are able to identify AI opportunities.
Building on the internal success of its program, HTEC began implementing similar AI skills projects for certain client teams.
