The National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) and the Automotive Industry Training Institute (IFMIA) have entered into a partnership, which is part of an approach focused on the complementarity of their respective activities and driven by a common desire to deploy their strategic visions

This alliance reflects the commitment of the two institutions to combine their efforts to meet the growing needs of the job market, particularly in the automotive sector which is booming nationally and internationally.

Note that as part of its missions, ANAPEC periodically launches employment monitoring campaigns, with the participation of more than 11,000 companies in the survey at the national level. The Automotive sector has established itself as the leading recruiting sector over the last 3 years, and the new 2024 monitoring campaign is launched with the particularity of introducing new tools for targeting and capturing a maximum of opportunities for the sector.

This partnership is precisely a proactive response to these findings to exploit promising developments in the job market, particularly in the context of emerging professions in the automotive sector, both nationally and internationally.

The main objective of this collaboration is to consolidate the synergies between ANAPEC and IFMIA to support the winners of IFMIA professional training programs in their successful integration into the job market, thus putting them in relationship with employers and sectors. This approach involves the implementation of services aimed at improving the employability of job seekers, as well as the joint deployment of retraining and development training, adapted to the specific needs of this sector.

This partnership also plans to strengthen the skills of IFMIA laureates through additional training, in order to optimize their prospects on the international market. To this end, ANAPEC supports candidates seeking international professional mobility through personalized and tailor-made services to facilitate their international mobility project.

This merger will strengthen the capacities of the two institutions to support job seekers from the first stages of their professional career, and to respond effectively to the needs of employer sectors such as the automobile industry.
