Pierre Clerc Girard, a young Séméacais resident, has just finished converting his “van” (a Citroën TUB) from A to Z into a food truck selling artisanal burgers. This achievement looks great with a black exterior and white interior paint: it has become operational since last week and works perfectly.

* Marboré: artisanal bread, butcher’s steak, ventrèche, Saint-Nectaire AOP, red onions, garlic cream, salad. * Viscos: artisan bread, butcher steak, belly, goat cheese, candied onions, honey, salad.
* Le Vignemale: artisanal bread, marinated chicken, belly, melted cheddar, red onions, curry sauce, salad.
* L’Ardiden: artisan bread, potato pancake, local cheese, candied onions, burger sauce, salad.

Burger only: €8.90, Double steak burger: +€3, home fries: €3, Drinks: €2. Adult formula: burger, fries, drink at €12.90. Children’s formula: (mini burger or chicken nuggets), artisanal brioche bread, butcher’s steak, melted cheddar, burger sauce + fries + drink for €8.50.
