By joining the Ansam Group, the Vaud start-up Novatix aims to accelerate its expansion and hopes to become a leader in artificial intelligence for SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland.

A French-speaking start-up active in the field of artificial intelligence, Novatix joins the Ansam Group. Founded in 2023, the young company is counting on this operation to accelerate its development and, specifies the press release, “to become the French-speaking leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to SMEs”.

Novatix is ​​dedicated to supporting, training and creating AI solutions tailored for businesses. “Within the ANSAM Group, we will be able to benefit from the resources and know-how of one of the leaders in the IT sector in French-speaking Switzerland, while strengthening our unique expertise and our capacity for innovation,” declares Romain Magnin , founder of Novatix. According to the start-up, these services are aimed at multiple sectors, including tourism, finance, e-commerce, real estate and the public sector.

Nicolas Fulpius, CEO and co-founder of the Ansam Group, underlines that by integrating Novatix, the offering of the holding company founded in 2020 will be expanded with artificial intelligence solutions capable of strengthening the competitiveness of French-speaking SMEs both locally and ‘international. The group, headquartered in Nyon, now has more than 200 employees spread across its offices located in Chexbres, Geneva, Nyon, Sion and, following the acquisition of Novatix, also in Lausanne.
