ESIG taken over by the Atlantique group

With this takeover by the new university, ESIG, located in the Sidi Maarouf district (Hill II) in Casablanca, changed its name and became “Atlantic Business School”. According to a Source close to the Atlantique group, the establishment founded by the late Azzedine Bennani will welcome new courses within its historic campus. “For the moment, in addition to the “Atlantic Business School” management school, the Atlantic group has added the “Atlantic Engineering School” engineering school,” confides the same Source, who does not wish to go into the details of this recovery.

Furthermore, the Atlantique group recently welcomed into its round table the investment subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et de gestion (CDG), CDG Invest. The latter acquired 20% of the group chaired by Rachid M’rabet.
