SOGECLAIR SA specializes in the design and development of high-tech products for the aeronautics, aerospace, and civil and military transportation industries. The group also develops simulation products and software. Revenue by activity is broken down as follows: – aeronautics and space engineering (50.2%): engineering in research and development of aerostructures, aircraft interiors, systems, etc.; – design of simulation products and software (49.2%): complete simulators (in particular for trains, air traffic and artillery observations), simulation software (in particular for the creation of synthetic environments and automobile studies), multimedia products, virtual models (in particular infrared or radar vision models intended for the qualification of missile electronics), etc. The group also develops activities in the design and manufacturing of complex structural thermoplastic products, metal sub-assemblies, cabin furniture and mechanisms, additive manufacturing systems and cockpit equipment (on-board or simulated); – technological and industrial consulting services (0.6%). Revenue by market is broken down into business aviation (38.3%), commercial aviation (36.7%), rail transport (8.5%), automotive industry (8%), defense (4.8%) and others (3.7%). The geographical distribution of revenue is as follows: France (45%), Europe (22.8%), America (25.4%), Asia-Pacific (5.3%) and others (1.5%).
