Consignation settles in La Malbaie and Baie-Saint-Paul


Charlevoix will soon have two return and sorting centers of the recorded containers.

An agreement intervened between Consignation and the property developer Yves Simard. Consignation will occupy two spaces of 2,600 square feet brand new at La Malbaie and Baie-Saint-Paul.

In La Malbaie, the center will be installed on the first floor of the future building which will have a gable on the boulevard de Cpented a stone’s throw from the Familiprix Extra Michaël Bouchard pharmacy.

Modeling of the Malbaie project

The overall investment is $ 3 million. The building will also offer 8 high -end apartments with a view of the river. The accommodation offered will be 3 ½ and 5 ½ rooms. The building will have an elevator and storage spaces outside.

Construction work will start in April, said the promoter who estimates the end of the site for November. “It will be ready for the 2025 celebrations,” says Yves Simard.

In Baie-Saint-Paul, the Center Consignaction will be installed next to the building which will house Pizza Salvatore and Starbucks in the harvesting eco-neighborhood. This project is estimated at $ 1 million. The mechanical shovel should dig in March in this case.

The opening of the centers is part of the second phase of modernization of the instruction.
