INTERVIEW – In the midst of promoting season 2 of “Master Crimes”, which TF1 will soon broadcast, Muriel Robin gave an interview to “20 Minutes”. Her friendship with Alain Delon, homophobia in cinema and her projects were also discussed.

In recent days, Muriel Robin has been in the middle of a promotional marathon for season 2 of Master Crimessoon to be broadcast on TF1. In this police series, where humor plays a large part, she plays Louise Arbus, a criminology professor with a sharp mind and sense of repartee. A role that she is looking forward to playing, as she declared to 20 MinutesDuring the interview, she also spoke about the death of Alain Delon, of whom she was a friend and of whom she speaks in the present tense, but also about her comments from last year, when she denounced the latent homophobia in French cinema.

Did you enjoy finding the costume of Louise Arbus’ character again?

A lot. If I said yes at first, it’s because I liked this character. She loves life, she’s very lively, her eye sparkles all the time, her senses and her brain work very very well! I liked finding her again and finding everyone again. In this season 2, everything will go up a notch. The police investigations are more tense and twisted, the laughter is even more present, in the writing and in the acting.

Do you feel like this role is a milestone in your career? That it allows you to show another side of yourself to the public?
