For the 4e consecutive year, the “Nuits de la lecture” return free of charge to libraries, media libraries, cultural centers from January 23 to 26, 2025. Open to all, this event organized by the National Book Center will this year have the theme “Heritages”.
Note in your diaries: Reading Nights are returning to the Ardennes with around twenty events throughout the region. By devoting the 2025 edition to heritage, this cultural event embarks on a journey through the ages thanks to texts, tales, games and illustrations. This event is an opportunity to meet authors and discuss with them in order to understand their role in building tomorrow’s heritage.
Pleasure of reading and sharing of reading
Reading Nights are aimed at all generations, from the youngest to the oldest, thanks to activities such as screenings and reading aloud in their pajamas for the little ones. Families are invited to participate in board games, video games or even an Escape Game accessible from 5-6 years old. And adults are invited to an illumination workshop (meticulous artistic decoration added to a manuscript) or to a participatory fresco.
-If you want to mix culture and the pleasure of reading, this event is for you!
