Born into an artistic and literary family, she is a banking institution advisor and a writer in her spare time, she has always written for fun and pleasure. Her latest work has just been released but, this time, it is in duo with her father, a resident of Béziers that she worked.
The book Children’s words, adult pains is the first work born from the father-daughter collaboration, they naturally made the decision that she would write and he would do the illustrations.
This new publication is an intimate and retrospective work accessible to all. They collected the comments of two generations of parents and children by listing the remarks and declarations of their offspring. It is a census of spontaneous children’s words and a pictorial perspective to consult in order to entertain, but also to reassure anyone wondering about the meaning of the little ones’ words.
-For Rachel, “it is a great pride and a real accomplishment for me to have been able to produce this work together with my father. It will be an eternal inscription engraved in paper and a sentimental heritage for our descendants. I hope that this literary adventure will continue in the coming decades with future novels.
