The inauguration of the Children’s Book Fair of the country of King Morvan took place Friday evening January 17, 2025, in the village hall of Tronjoly, in the presence of teachers, partners of the operation, elected officials and the academy inspection, represented by Ludovic Arrault, National Education inspector.
On the theme of thrill
“The book remains a wonderful tool that allows you to escape and learn. The theme of this 22nd edition is “the thrill”. There are plenty of books about fear in all its forms. Visitors can also discover the exhibition “Frighten me… or how do you write a thriller”, by the writer Sandrine Beau”, explained Friday Agnès Labeausse, the facilitator of the Educational Animation Center (Cap) of the country of King Morvan. She also specifies that eight authors and illustrators will tour the classes for nearly three weeks. Ludovic Arrault underlined the energy deployed by the organizers “and the importance of this proximity between the authors and the children”.

The book fair is open to the public this Sunday, January 19, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Ker Hirsute Company will perform the shows “Le Mouflet” and “P’tit corbeau” several times. FREE ENTRANCE.
