Instagram selection #485: jungle book

The photographers in our Instagram selection of the week explore the jungle, both those made of trees and lush ferns and those made of concrete and steel. The artists capture the excitement of plants and streets through multiple writings.

For Dan, any urban and natural environment is a reason to trigger the shutter of his film camera. The lines and curves of the skyscrapers and the movement of the grass dancing in the wind are drawn on his film, always in a suave tranquility.

Janis Brod documents her comings and goings through photos imbued with light and joy. He thus wrote a diary of his walks among the coconut trees and his journeys on the winding roads of the valleys. Between his precisely grained images, the artist indulges in some colorimetric or double exposure experiments, allowing us to feel the texture of the foliage he captures.
