Guillaume Delsaux is a cook at the Genevoix-Signoret high school in Bressuire: he is part of the canteen team which prepares 1,500 meals per day for the students. He is also Guillaume Le Cantinier: his videos on the social network Tiktok are seen by hundreds of thousands of people. He is followed by 730,000 subscribers on Tiktok, 220,000 Internet users on Instagram, 127,000 people on YouTube and 100,000 on Facebook. Next step in his life as an influencer: he is releasing a book on January 15, which will be called “Canteen Secrets”.
