Recently, the former President of the Republic, François Hollande published a book entitled “The Challenge of Governing”. As part of the promotional tour for this book, the statesman will be present on Thursday, December 5 at the Halles de Niort bookstore (Deux-Sèvres) to present his book and participate in a signing session.

The signing session will take place from 10:30 a.m..

A book that looks back on the years of the left in power

In this book, former president François Hollande analyzes the relationship of the left to power from the Dreyfus affair to the present day. François Hollande mentions in particular the Popular Front, the Mendès-France and Mollet Governments, the Mitterrand years and even Lionel Jospin's five-year term as Prime Minister. He also looks back on his own five-year term.

This book was released in September and is published by Perrin editions.
