The next invitation to reading, En Avant-Pays le livre!, testifies to this great collective momentum towards books and public reading.

The fruit of Rézo Read
This reading biennial, which began in 2012, has grown since 2018, with the creation of Rézo Lire. This entity brings together seventeen municipal libraries in the area, which offer their services to 3,844 individual members and 176 groups. In full swing, this Rézo, free for all since last January, will offer, from this month of October, the borrowing of board games, as well as a rotating common collection of comics and manga. For a month, story boxes (Merlin, Lunii) have been available to young people. Beyond the borrowing part, the Rézo can also host events. “ For many years, the three communities of communes of the Savoyard foreland, grouped within the mixed union of the Savoyard Avant-Pays (Smaps), have had a policy of developing public reading.
