A new pop-up book at Gallimard: magical creatures

Concerning works of folded paper, Gallimard editions are not at their first attempt. After The Hogwarts Pop-Up Big Book, the big pop-up book of Diagon Alley, or even The fabulous pop-up of the great magical scenes, it’s the turn of the magical creatures to have their pop-up.

To be published on October 24, this new book will offer more than 30 pop-ups around the theme of fantastic creatures. Aragog, Dobby and even the Thestrals are on the program of this work which aims to be “ingenious” and “breathtaking”. As with previous editions, the 3D scenes will be accompanied by information on behind the scenes of the films. The book will be sold in its box set, like its two elders. On the other hand, the book is not designed to be deployed in a single large page like the previous ones.
