Spend your autumn weekend on your sofa with a good book, it’s a perfect program to relax! But when all the books in the library have already passed through your hands, all you have to do is go to the Pyrenees Book Fair in Bagnères-de-Bigorre.
Already the fifteenth edition for this unmissable event for local literature, at the Carré Py Hôtel. For two days, authors, publishers and readers will come together to share their passion for words, images and Pyrenean stories. This year, “Women in the Pyrenees” will be the theme of this 2024 edition.
Numerous conferences will also be on the weekend program. Around women in Neolithic times, the place of Basco-Pyrenean women, the work of orange transporters, or even hydrotherapy or the story of three generations of women on a family farm.
Entertainment and activities for the whole family will complete this meeting in Bagnères-de-Bigorre around our culture, and works which present, recall and enhance it.
