THE AUTHOR
Scientific writer, Ferris Jabr is a collaborator of New York Times Magazinein addition to having written for The New Yorker, Harper’s, The Atlantic, National Geographic et Scientific American. He was awarded the Whiting Foundation Creative Nonfiction Grant and received fellowships from UC Berkeley and MIT. His work appears in several editions of Best American Science et Nature Writing. Ferris Jabr lives in Portland, Oregon.
