The Tisseurs de mots bookstore organized a signing meeting on Saturday, December 14 with Gilles Lefrançois, author of the book “Mountain foresters, another world”, an event book, a beautiful human adventure. “An adventure that began in the spring, 8 months ago, a beautiful gestation for a beautiful baby” indicated Gilles Lefrançois, during a small ceremony organized, Thursday, November 14, at the Noisetier printing house for the release of his book. The author gives us a testimony of the twenty years that have just passed in the Ariège mountain forest, in the Pyrenees. Twenty years of work in the Bélesta forest. Twenty years of photos and encounters, with trees and with men. Through one hundred and twenty black and white photos and around twenty testimonies, this book by Gilles Lefrançois is intended to be a tribute, and an invitation to discover mountain foresters, another world.
