Since 1982, the National Academy of Cuisine has awarded its literary and media prizes. For its 41st edition, the members of the jury met on November 23, 2023, in Paris to deliberate on the numerous works received and selected.
The 2023 laureates were awarded their diplomas on December 3, 2024 at Taillevant in Paris
