It's this Sunday 1is December that will be held the 5e Book Fair in Chaintreaux (Seine-et-Marne)an event dedicated to reading and sharing, organized by the Association Les Charmantins.
More than thirty authors will be present to meet the public. Among them, Frédéric Menin, author of gendarmerie investigations, Eric Charpentier, former gendarme and novelist, as well as Philippe Halvick, author of fantastic detective novels. Other literary talents will also participate in the event, offering visitors a diversity of genres and styles.
The event will also host Paul El Kharrat, sponsor of the children, and will offer activities around books and culture. More than 100 students from two schools have already participated in a poetry competition ahead of this show.
The Chaintreaux book fair promises to be a day rich in literary discoveries, meetings and exchanges, while emphasizing the importance of reading from a very young age.
The program
– 11 a.m.: Official inauguration of the show
– 2:30 p.m.: awards ceremony for the two dictations, with the presence of Agnès Marin, godmother of traditional dictation, and François Mallet, godfather of naughty dictation.
– From 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.: international drawing competition for children aged 3 to 18, organized under the sponsorship of Crédit Mutuel. This competition will be held alongside literary activities, offering young people an opportunity to express themselves artistically.
Sunday 1is December at the Salle des Fêtes, Sunday 1st de13-15 rue de la Mairie, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free entry.
