Quoting the emblematic three-star chef Michel Guérard who said “The best recipes are those that can be shared”, François-Régis Gaudry reveals in his work, and this is a first, the directory of his favorite recipes. A personal collection by the journalist and gastronomic critic, which follows the series of his four culinary encyclopedias “We will taste”.
