After two successful first editions, the association “Délivrez des mots” invites book lovers to meet on Sunday November 17, 2024 at the Manor of Thil-en-Vexin (Your), for its 3rd Book Fair.

Seventeen newcomers

This year, 47 authors, all styles combined, will be present, from novels to thrillers, including comics, children's literature, and historical works.

For 17 of them, this will be their first participation. Among them Marc Masse et Christine Chaumartintwo Norman authors of thrillers, but also Catherine Escherco-founder of the Galerie des Curiosités de Puchay, who will present the story of the travels of Georges Édouard Larraincy.

David Hury will offer “No news since ”, a family saga around a family secret which draws its source from Vexin during the Second World War. A universal story about the absence of the missing.

Finally, Antoinette's little writers, students at the Thil-en-Vexin school, will present the collector's version of their children's book “Mystère au château”, on the quest for Treasure of the Templars of Gisorswritten with the author Caroline Triaureau.

With Azuro, P'tit loup and Mad'Elfik

This year again, two heroes well known to young readers from Auzou editions will be present at the show: Azuro the dragon, and Little wolf.

The mascots will make several appearances during the day, providing an opportunity for young and old to shake their paws.

At the gallery of Mad'Elfik will offer children a coloring workshop with bookmarks designed by them (€1 per bookmark).

As in previous years, the Andelys bookstore “Au marque-page” will be a partner of the show, which also benefits from the support of the Department of Eure.

3rd Book Fair, Sunday November 17, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Manoir du Thil-en-Vexin (25, rue Pierre Langlois). FREE ENTRANCE. Presence of the La P'tite crepe food truck which will offer garnished pancakes and sweet treats. The detailed presentation of the authors is available on the association's Facebook page.
