Éditions Fayard announced on November 8 that they were taking legal action against the advertising agency Mediatransports, after its refusal to display Jordan Bardella's book, entitled “What I'm looking for”.

The campaign planned just over 500 displays in several stations in , in several waves, starting at the end of November. But ultimately Mediatransports, which operates the advertising panels on behalf of the RATP and SNCF Gares et Connexions, refused this campaign by referring to its regulations and explaining that “ promoting the work of a serving politician » infringes on the « principle of neutrality ». In addition, the management had specified in mid-October that it had received a request for an advertising campaign from the publishing house Fayard, without having seen the chosen visual.

According to Fayard, this refusal “ constitutes a serious attack on freedom of expression. Other political figures, from all sides, have been able to benefit from poster campaigns, without suffering discrimination or unequal treatment« .
