Something new in my library (33/24)

On this beautiful autumn weekend why not go for a little walk in the woods. The emblematic “Baby touch-a-all” collection from Langue au chat celebrates its fifteenth anniversary in 2024. And here is one of the latest additions to this collection of subject books which stimulate the awakening of the senses and the acquisition of language.

Another children’s book, inspired by Buddhist thought, beautifully illustrated and full of wisdom.

We stay in the Asian spirit with a Pakistani novel. In an incantatory style, Feryal Ali-Gauhar gives voice to the mountains and their inhabitants.

Second part of the Helsinki trilogy (which can apparently be read independently), another way of questioning ourselves about our relationship to the world.

I had read and enjoyed the blogger’s first novel Franck Chanloup, The chained ones. And here is the second one just published this week.

And I end with Delphine de Vigan who tries his hand at theater. A great way to give voice to shadow actors.

Have a good week and good reading.
