Jonathan Milan wins the first stage of the Renewi Tour. The Italian is ahead of Jasper Philipsen and Axel Zingle.

The cream of the world sprint is present at the start in Riemst. For this first stage, it is difficult to imagine any other scenario than an explanation in the final straight.
