A route in which the road will wind upwards towards Puerto de Cerredo (3rd) before a long descent to Cangas del Narcea to begin the long ascent to Puerto de Leitariegos, first category with its 22.8 kilometers at 4.5 that will crown at 16 kilometers arrival in Villablino before facing a rapid descent towards the finish line.

In a Vuelta in which the breakaways are being very fruitful, Starting with the leader O’Connor and continuing with a long list of names, such as Van Aert, Castrillo and even Woods yesterday, among others, Today is a good day for another chance, as the difficulty of the last climb of the day is based on its length rather than its gradient.
