Following the world record of São Paulo native Júlio Agripino, the third Paralympic championship of Paraíba native Petrúcio Ferreira and the first gold medal of Rio de Janeiro native Ricardo Mendonça — all in athletics —, the third day of competition at the Paris Paralympic Games, this Saturday (31) will have Brazil represented in 12 modalities.

Seven athletes will compete directly in the finals of their athletics events, while four others will compete in the qualifying rounds. In addition, six swimmers will compete in the heats, with a chance of standing on the podium at the end of the day.
