However, this will affect subscribers who pass through the rake antenna to receive Canal+ or the other TNT channels. To overcome this departure, the chain indicated several solutions.
The first is to change the decoder for the new Canal+ decoder for free, making a request on your online account in the “Material” section or by calling customer service.
For users who already have this equipment, it will be enough to connect it to the Internet (or to the satellite) if it has not already been done. This happens directly in the options of said decoder, by pressing menu then settings and finally Internet connection to choose the type of connection (WiFi or Ethernet). A search for channels will then be necessary.
If you have a decoder at an operator, it is also possible to receive Canal+ above. To do this, you must request a transfer of rights to customer service. Finally, it is also possible to go directly through the Canal+ application on connected televisions, computers, smartphones, tablets, game consoles … in order to see the Canal+ programs.
However, all its solutions forget that users passing through TNT probably had no internet access. For them, it will therefore be necessary to have a connection to be able to continue to take advantage of it.
