Steven Vastra, concierge at The Saint-Delis hotelreceived its golden keys last April at the Meurice hotel in Paris. Originally from the north, belonging to a hotel family, Steven grew up in the fascination of this environment, while however starting scientific studies. After studying in a business school for tourism and hotels, Laurent became a salesperson in large Parisian hotels and fell in love with this environment. It was then Paris, Nice, Méribel, Corsica, Bora Bora, Saint-Barth… and then seven years in Aix-en-Provence, at the five stars of the lodges of Sainte-Victoire. With the Saint-Siméon farm and its 35 rooms, Laurent was immediately attracted by this place steeped in history and this different universe.
