Steven Vastra, concierge at The Saint-Delis hotelreceived its golden keys April at the Meurice hotel in Paris. Originally from the north, belonging to a hotel , Steven grew up in the fascination of this environment, while however starting scientific studies. An upgrade in hotel management and a meeting in 2000 crystallized its desires: Farewell Maths-Sup and Maths-Spé, hello the concierge!

Consequently, his career was launched: Deputy Caprier’s Chef at the Royal Barrière de Deauville, chief concierge at the Domaine d’Ablon, concierge and management assistant at the Hotel La Chaumière de Pennedepie, Manoir de Tourgéville, Maison de Léa. And then a few months ago, this opportunity, offered by the Boelen family, owner of the Saint-Siméon collection.

A desire to return to basics

Laurent Dauvert, concierge Saint-Siméon farm For about three months, has been a real negative who has taken care of his customers.

It was then Paris, Nice, Méribel, Corsica, Bora Bora, Saint-Barth… and then seven years in Aix-en-Provence, at the five of the lodges of Sainte-Victoire. With the Saint-Siméon farm and its 35 rooms, Laurent was immediately attracted by this place steeped in history and this different universe.
