One year their first European title, Parisians meet again in the C2 final. The one and only goal of the match comes in the 36th minute, when Luis Enrique serves Ronaldo, who is tackled in the surface by Bruno Ngotty -the hero of the final of the previous season -, obtains a penalty and converts him himself. Ronaldo, Ballon d’Or the same year, and Catalan stars manage to keep the advantage until the end of the match.
