The debates in the case between the companies Guinea Gaz and Fapgaz, which were to continue this Tuesday, May 6 on Tuesday, May before the Chamber of Calls of the Court of Repression of Economic and Financial Incrections (Cief), were finally returned to May 20 due to the absence of the Director general of Fapgaz, Kaman Sadji Diallo, of the country.
The company Fapgaz and its director general, Kaman Sadji Diallo, are prosecuted by the company Guinea Gaz for acts of “unfair competition and abuse of authority affecting its import right”.
Faced with this House of Calls, all the parties appealed the decision of December 23 last rendered by the Chamber of Judgment, which dismissed the company Guinea Gaz and returned the company Fapgaz and its director general, Kaman Sadji Diallo, for the purposes of the prosecution. In addition, she sentenced Guinea Gaz to the payment of a billion Guinean francs as damages in favor of defendants.
The debates of the hearing of the day were to relate to the replicas of the civil party concerning the exception of unconstitutionality raised by the defense. However, due to the absence of the defendant, judge Francis Kova Zoumanigui referred the file to May 20 for the appearance of defendants and the continuation of the debates.
