The Sûreté du Québec is still trying to elucidate the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of two sixties in Granby, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday.

It was the Granby police officers who were first called upon to go to a residence on rue du Témiscamingue, near Route 139 in Granby, around 11 p.m. Wednesday. They discovered a woman there in lifeless sixties and a seriously injured man. Transported to the hospital center, his death was noted shortly after. The investigation was transferred to the Sûreté du Québec where we are trying to reconstruct the circumstances of these two deaths. Technicians of the SQ’s judicial identity conduct the investigation on site.
Little information has filtered concerning the links between the two sixties or the more precise cause of their death. “It’s always under investigation, the scene analysis is not finished at our level,” said Camille Savoie, spokesperson for SQ Estrie-Center-du-Québec. Possibly that during the day, we could have a little more information about this. »»
