With a career of more than twenty-four years in Ricoh France, Johnny Carvalho embodies a continuous progression trajectory, marked by growing responsibilities and recognized expertise in commercial management, strategic development and key management management.
Before taking his new functions as national director of indirect sales in April 2025, he had held the post of national major accounts for two years, after having managed regional commercial operations between 2019 and 2023. This experience enabled Johnny Carvalho to refine his strategic vision and his leadership, two major assets to support the growth dynamics of the indirect network.
His career at Ricoh began in the 2000s, first as TSR (Technical Sales Representative), before climbing the ladder by successively becoming a sales engineer Solutions, then technical and commercial engineer in Clamart. He then took managerial responsibilities with roles of Sales Manager, then commercial director.
Over the years, Johnny Carvalho has managed to combine technical expertise, a sense of negotiation and ability to federate teams, enriching his experience of transversal skills such as project management, commercial communication, and recruitment.
Holder of an Edhec Business School management training, he displays a solid mastery of the tools and methods necessary to pilot high -performance and results -oriented commercial strategies.
In his new functions, Johnny Carvalho’s mission will be to energize the activity of indirect sales, based on an approach focused on customer, innovation and commercial performance.
