A Swiss killed himself by gardening

The unfortunate man was seriously burned during gardening work in Grindelwald (BE). Hospitalized, he succumbed to his injuries.

A man died during gardening work Tuesday in Grindelwald (BE). The victim, a 69 -year -old Swiss domiciled in the canton of Berne, was seriously injured and helped by Rega at the hospital, where he died shortly after her arrival.

According to the first elements, the individual was seriously burned by gardening, after using a gas burner, the Bernese cantonal police said on Thursday. First aid was provided to him on the spot by people present, before he was transported to the hospital.
