Aaron Boupendza, a Gabonese football player who passed through the Girondins de Bordeaux, was found dead in China this Wednesday, April 16. It would have fallen from the eleventh floor of a building. An investigation has been opened, according to RMC Sport.
This is sad news for Gabonese football, which learns of the tragic death of Aaron Boupendza, the striker played 35 games and scored eight goals with the Black Stars. The 28 -year -old arrived in 2025 in the Chinese club in Zhejiang. He was found dead this Wednesday, April 16 in China.
A suicide possible?
According to the Romanian media TVR InfoBoupendza would have fallen from the eleventh floor of a building, an investigation is underway and the police also discusses the hypothesis of suicide, reports RMC Sport.
The Gabonese had played 18 months for Rapid Bucharest in Romania, before leaving for China. His former coach, Marius Sumudic, confirmed his death in the media GSP.
