The local residents of Mottet in Grasse say they live a real hell because of a threatening and violent neighbor on a daily basis.
Every day, the same anxiety. The inhabitants of Place Mottet, in Grasse, complain of a daily life marked by the insults and the violent acts of one of their neighbor.
“I access my accommodation by a common route and I must necessarily pass in front of the neighbor and take the risk of being confronted with an assault,” described to BFM Nice Côte d’Azur, a local resident. In July 2022, while she left her home to go to work, the mother was violently assaulted by her neighbor. “She simply strangled me in her paranoid delirium, accusing me and my team of having wanted to follow her,” explains Claude to BFM Nice Côte d’Azur. “She has created a world from scratch and suddenly, she bursts every time she can see me,” she adds. Several complaints and handrails have been filed against this neighbor.
“We could all die”
On March 28, the fire of a scooter in the heart of the condominium destroys the housing of the said neighbor. Her husband is arrested following this fire.
“We could all have died in the fire or being intoxicated by smoke. I live in fear and I am afraid to meet her with my children because she has already threatened them,” says BFM Nice Côte d’Azur, Stéphanie Pallanca, co -owner of a home.
“Either she has psychological disorders and you have to help her, or she is bad and you have to punish her. I don’t have to live like that, my wife and my children do not have to live like that. Anyway, it’s mathematical, there will be a drama,” said BFM Nice Côte d’Azur, Samir a inhabitant.
From the scooter fire, the town hall of Grasse has seized the file and indicates that they are looking for solutions to help the inhabitants of the neighborhood.
