It is immense pride for me to be the Arab woman to obtain the license of FIFA agent, among many others around the . FIFA has, for several years, set up major initiatives aimed at structuring this profession, giving rise to a profound in the selection process. Obtaining this distinction represents, for me, a great way to start my retraining for the accompaniment of athletes with a look enlightened by my field experience.

I had the chance to play football for 20 years, evolving in several clubs around the world: , Canada, , USA, , Water, notably Paris Saint-Germain, Atlético de , Atlanta Silverbacks, FC Zurich, before finishing my journey in Abu Dhabi Country Club. This course was not so different from that of other athletes, but what makes it singular is my commitment to my studies, then my as a financial director.

But one thing remained constant: I never agreed to sacrifice the sport that I chose at the age of 14. Football was not only a passion, it was a promise that I made myself very , that of always honoring this dream, regardless of circumstances. Thus, after obtaining my university degree, I made a commitment to devote myself, entirely, to my professional sports career, but I was able to with my business course during my free time.

By advancing in my career, as a footballer, I realized my desire to remain active there. Several of my clubs and coaches encouraged me to pass my coach license. I seriously thought about it, and I ended up realizing that the profession of agent is particularly close to my heart.

By having a double life in the business field and in sport, my was timed. Each period of the was dedicated to a precise activity and pre -established without leaving the margin of chance and in the circumstances. Admittedly, it was not as easy as we imagine, but it was a lesson in rigor that allowed me to approach performance and manage my daily life with few difficulties.

Over time, through the questions of my teammates about investment, career choices or the management of their professional and personal life, I started to say to myself: what if I dedicated to the support of athletes in their journey? The more I approached the end of my career, the more this idea took . It has become a natural choice: capitalize on both my experience in the field and on my business baggage to support athletes.
